A simple Heath Ceramics teapot sparked the inspiration for the blue, green, and salmon color story in this uptown apartment. The client, a writer-attorney, wanted her home to be a sanctuary where she could “knit and put her feet up,” so Christina designed the living room around cozy pieces like the table-sized ottoman and a custom glass-and-maple cabinet that, when closed, conceals the television screen.
